Of course she wanted to be in the loop with what was going on, and they were more then happy to verbally walk her through the entire process as it went on each day and provided plenty of before and after pictures for her assurance. They were very honest and upfront about any issues that they came to face while working in the home. Most importantly to us is that they did exactly what they told us they were going to do. We had mold underneath the home and they were able to clean and treat it. Edison installed insulation for the whole house, placed in vapor barrier underneath the home and did the air ducts since there was cuts in the ducts. "About 3 weeks ago I called Edison for an appointment to check my shower flooring. It looked like black mold was growing. It was more than just the floor, it was all the way up the walls. He removed walls and everything a rebuilt a beautiful shower shelves, safety bar and hand bar on the outside. New shower doors plus he did lots of other jobs here at my home very versatile and really amazing work. He pressure washed my house caulk and painted my windows painted all my onyx and even the trim around my house. Changed my air ducts. The level of organization in the installation of the black vapor barrier is impressive.
